Here’s a quick update on what’s happening around COVID-19 restrictions and how that is going to impact the way we’re able to engage with you in the marketplace.
We’re excited to confirm that we are able to run open homes. It is important that we must be mindful of maintaining the one person-per 4 square metre rule when conducting these inspections. For anyone coming through our open homes, you will be required to provide your contact details as directed by the NSW Government legislation. We will be continuing to ask everyone for their name and contact number and will decline entry into the premises if you are not prepared to provide these details. Working together here and continuing to remain patient will be key. We’ve been actively working on a health and safety plan to ensure all of our staff understand expectations and that we’re communicating this correctly to the public. Our agents will continue to provide hand sanitiser at all open homes and inspections.
